The cornerstone of the Virtually Creative approach to Brand & Marketing Management is the Virtually Creative Insight Committee. The Committee’s role is to ‘find the best of the best’ on behalf of Virtually Creative clients.
Their overriding objective is to generate consistently superior creative execution over the long term by selecting the best individuals within the creative agency; monitoring both the individuals and the company to ensure the Committee remain happy with the choice, and changing them where necessary.
The Committee does not seek to influence the employment policy of the agency. Its aim is to ensure success by selecting superior agencies and holding them accountable for their performance.
